Cushion Mount Tapes

Our range of cushion mount tapes are made with odour-free pure solvent acrylate adhesives, compressible foam, and reinforcement technology to ensure thickness accuracy, perfect cushioning, and superior print quality. These tapes help reduce dot gain and improve flexographic printing performance.

Choose the cushion hardness that best suits your image quality and printing process. All rolls are 25 meters long and available in 15 thou (Soft, Medium, Hard) and 20 thou (Soft, Medium Soft, Medium, Medium Hard, Hard) to give optimal tolerance on pressure settings.

Rolls come in 457 mm and 1372 mm widths and can be slit to your specific requirements.

Solid Mount Tapes

Our range of solid double-sided tapes is ideal for mounting photopolymer or rubber plates for flexography, letterpress, and label printing. These tapes provide balanced adhesion for secure plate mounting while allowing distortion-free repositioning and clean demounting. The adhesives remove easily and leave no residue on sleeves or metal cylinders.

All rolls are 25 meters long and available in 100, 200, and 300 micron thicknesses. Widths include 310 mm and 1250 mm, and rolls can be slit to meet your specific requirements.

Our PP film and creped liners come in brown, cream, and green.

Edge Sealing Tape

Our specialised edge sealing tape protects plate edges, particularly on smaller-diameter printing cylinders or sleeves. It secures the plate firmly while preventing issues such as plate lifting or web breaks caused by tape-substrate contact. Using edge sealing tape enhances plate longevity and ensures consistent print quality and production stability.

Each roll is 66 meters long and comes in a standard width of 25 mm.

The single-sided tape features a hard 30-micron white PVC carrier coated with natural rubber adhesive. Additional carrier colours — blue, green, and red — are also available.
